Experienced, degreed early childhood educators are preferred but that’s not a prerequisite. We’re looking for gifted teachers with a drive to inculcate a love of learning in children—many of them rural, low-income, minority, or ESL.

This is a pathbreaking facility, with an extraordinary, custom curriculum, outdoor environment, system of room rotations, specially designed building, home-visit protocol, and competitive teacher compensation.

We’re looking for open minded thinkers with a devotion to children, and the ability to communicate with, motivate, and inspire parents of all types and backgrounds. We’re excited for our staff to mirror the ethnic diversity of our students, if you’re bilingual in Spanish, that’s a big plus.
